Thinking Skins
Taylor is probably the best DE at reading and stopping screen plays. I was waiting for one during the Giants game and when it came it happened how I expected, though I wish Eli threw it so he could take it to the house. We need him against the Saints who will find many ways to get it to Bush, be it a screen or whatnot. You may be bringing up a good point. Hopefully Taylor can be our secret weapon against the Saints and their screens to Bush.

DCMONEY
At the beginning of the season I mentioned in a thread that Kabeer Gamilla(check spelling) for the Packers had 10 sacks as a situational 3rd down rusher last year. Even before Jason Taylor got hurt I felt that Demetric Evans should start on the strong side on 1st down. I felt that Taylor should start on the weakside and Andre Carter come in on obvious passing downs. The Skins run defense is gonna suffer this year because Taylor IMO is flat out too small to play the strong side on 1st downs. His knee doesn't have anything to do with it to me. At 240 pounds playing the strong side is a bit much. If I were an opposing team, I'd run straight at him everytime. I think the Giants kinda were stupid for coming out in shot gun sometimes on 1st downs passing. I'm sorry the Panthers in pre season gave the NFL the blue print for going up against this defense. Hopefully they can prove me wrong but I don't see it.
Teller
For now, Evans on likely rushing downs, and a combination of Taylor and Wilson vs. the pass.
Chump Bailey
There will be a rotation like last week and every DL we have will see some time. Now, who should be starting is another question. IMO, Carter and Evans should be the starting DE's for today's game.
kterp
i agree with a rotation but Taylor should be the pass rusher.
