skinswin=happy
Should we consider trading for Lito Sheppard after Springs getting injured AGAIN and the piss poor play by rodgers and especially smoot on coverage?
buenosdiaz
I'm not sure if the eagles would be willing...none of our receivers are particularly enticing to them and it would take way too many draft picks
hoops381
I doubt the eagles would trade him within the division
kingfish50
Yeah, send JC up there but the Fecals aren't that stupid.
Going Commando
Should we consider trading for Lito Sheppard after Springs getting injured AGAIN and the piss poor play by rodgers and especially smoot on coverage? First, its been said on here before but it bears repeating: it's spelled Rogers not Rodgers. Secondly, Rogers played poorly? So he dropped an interception or two and got beat on that one play on the first drive. We know his hands suck, that's why he's a DB and not a WR. Aside from Plaxico muscling everyone off the ball to get open, the secondary was fine. How is Lito Sheppard going to avoid that? Are you suggesting that we go and find a 6'6 230 pound Corner to match Plaxico?
ttr77
As was discussed in another thread, a new CB will probably not put this team into serious playoff contention so all draft picks and young players need to be kept.
REDSKINZ-RIDEORDIE
I'm not gonna say that Rogers played piss poor, but he really needs to stop dropping all of these dam INTS, or this needs to be his last season as a Redskin. He drops waaaaay too many INTS, and he's been doing this since we drafted him......
skinswin=happy
Um i dont see plaxico completely dominate teams like he did last night against us. And a few I can understand getting muscled but he didnt have to do that much. He was WIDE open on plenty of plays and every single time he ran a comback route it was an easy first down. And the difference between db's and good db's is they take advantage of opportunities when they can, they go out their to take the ball away not to just cover, poorly at that. skinswin=happy
Can you honestly say that he plays like a top 10 draft pick. Seriously
Longbomb
Well Smoot dropped one too in the end zone. Although he did only have a nano second when he saw it
dwills1
Eli Manning was 19 for 35 for 200 yards and an interception....and you people talk about our corners being bad? And 10 of those completions went to Plaxico (the same guy who burned Al Harris and Charles Woodson in the conference championship on one leg). Some of you fools on here no nothing about the game of football....raw emotion!
LoudMouth12thMan
Or you could say that we're lucky to have one of our starters back 8 weeks ahead of schedule seeing as though he came off of re-constructive knee surgery. We gave up yards, not TD's. The D-line played pretty poorly in the run game, see 17 tackles by your middle LB...ridiculous. We gave up no TD's in the passing game and 200 yards in the air. Point out the D line, who struggled the most in this game, not the secondary. They need to catch the f'in ball no doubt, but they weren't giving up over 150 yards on the ground. Jason Taylor better re-learn how to shed blocks real quick. That dude is a liability against a down hill running game.
Skins4ever1
The only way in hell Andy Reid trades a pro bowl caliber cb to a divisional rival is for at least a 1st round draft pick. Even then I don't see him doing it. Plus, Sheperd wants a new contract, we can't afford that.
DieHard86
No, but we should consider helping Springs find his set
#98QBKiller
There's already a thread about trading for a CB and no, we don't need to
