tiger187126 Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 Finally I found fans who understand that bashing the team for not having a tall reciever, then bashing them for trying to get one from another team, then bash them for drafting two of them is not the way to go. I am extremely excited, although the TE pick had me miffed until I realized that in a lot of formations we could have two legitimate receiving threats that could be matched up against linebackers. Also it should be noted that we have 5 picks tomorrow that we can use to fill the lines with depth. As it's been stated somewhere, our problem is not with our 8th ranked defense (which by the way got blown out and still ended up 8th overall) but with our redzone offense which lacks a viable option near the goal line if Portis can't pound it in.
