NDSkinsguy
Alright, while it's not a present pressing concern, as I still exercise regularly; I'd like to take a preemptive strike at one of the effects of old age. Are there any exercises/methods to reduce/eliminate a double chin other than not eating at McDonalds everyday?
jnhay
You're 24 right? Eat less and do cardio, that's it. You might try this too. http://ask.yahoo.com/20030807.html

Thiebear
How does that work? That doesn't sound right to me. I had gone to that guys site and bought the no weights workout routine thing. I'm now down to the single dad, 2 girls, lots of job workout... 20 8 count pushups and 20 situps every odd hour... eat lots of little meals to keep the metabolism going. kuraitengai
im a big believer in the 5 tiny meals a day.20pushups 8 count / 20situps every odd hour. done. i used to do those a couple years back. but it was minute pushups, minute off, minute situps, every hour on the hour, while working. so it really only ended up being from 12-5. but it ended up being about 80 pushups and 120 situps each time. Touchdown Redskins
You can't spot reduce. Just get in the gym and do some cardio.
NDSkinsguy
Like I said, not a huge concern at the moment as I stay active. Have any of you used HIIT? If so, what sort of results did you see?
