Skinfan75
I'll miss him but I am sure he will do well at what ever he does. Looking forward to reading his book.
BTBIRD 227
Good luck coach Joe Gibbs in life, and take care of your grandson. You will be missed, but your doing the right thing for your family. God bless and Hail Coach Joe Gibbs!:helmet:

pvkeeper19
I understand his reasoning, but I can't help feeling that this sets us back a couple years, especially if the new coach is someone not currently on the staff.
Redskins4ever
I'm going to miss seeing him on the sidelines coaching the Redskins. When Pettibon took over after he left the first time, we never knew that the team would go on to have a 74-101-1 record until Gibbs came back. I'm glad he came back. Dan Snyder would be extremely wise to promote either Greg Williams or Al Saunders to Head Coach. If he hires someone outside the organization it would prove that as an owner he still hasn't learned a thing. Even if Williams or Saunders don't accept the job, he should still consider Don Breaux, Joe Bugel, or Greg Blanche.
