We're gonna have to really level a team to make a huge jump in the rankings. If we beat the Giants like 30-13, we'll skyrocket up the rankings.

Doubtful. The media is blasting their defense (maybe rightly so) so even if we win there, because the perception is that they suck, us winning wont be "big"
