Drunken Master III
I would move Carlos to strong safety and keep Springs and Smoot at the corner spots. From what I have seen, Smoot and Springs' coverage skills are better then Carlos'.

Slateman
Well, you could, possibly move Carlos to free safety and Taylor to strong safety. However, Rogers played fine at CB in the last 6 games or so of the season considering how little pass rush the Redskins had.

DRSmith
Carlos with some training will be one of the better CB's in the league, he has speed and he was a good tackler in college.
nightbird
I used to hate these threads...now I've come to love them like my three-legged dog who tried his best. Carlos to SS! Switch to 3-4 make Arch a linebacker! Marshall to safety! Sellers to linebacker! Randle-el to corner! THIS IS NOT HIGH SCHOOL PEOPLE! In the NFL, you don't just switch guys into different positions willy nilly.
SeanTaylor'sFist
If you're going to move anybody, the only move that seems plausible is Sean Taylor to SS. Relieving him of FS coverage duties would allow him to excel in the box, run support, and then even in coverage on Springs' side most of the time. #98QBKiller
Carlos Rogers is devolping into a good corner. Leave him where he's at. I do hope that Springs returns at CB next year though.

RedskinzOwnU
Smoot will only come if we let him start. I'm willing to do that. Whether that means moving rogers to nickel or Springs to safety, I don't care. But, we need to get Smoot back on this team.

I like him intimidating WRs, not as a run supporter. Let's give him one more year at FS, i think we'll see the old sean taylor next season. hwmayfield
Some CB's take a few years to develop. From what I have read he has been working this off season with Deion Sanders and Darrell Green to help him refine his cover skills. Lets give him a 3rd year. I think we will see a turn around. ClintonINFORSIX26
Carlos is a good corner, everyone plays the blame game with him. Look at his season in an optimistic way, every int he didnt catch was a ball the reciever didnt catch. He has great speed and is not afraid to stop the run as most corners are, he can be a good corner.
#21Taylor4Ever
Rogers is actually a damn fine tackler, and based on his non-catching ability from the CB slot, I think I like the idea of him playing safety.

Bizkiteer
Let's have him do the PK duties too. In case Frost goes, he can act as punter to go along with it. Stick to playing Madden....
