No heart, no fire, no will, no want to win, a bunch of INDIVIDUALS pretending to be a football team. Been this way for a long,long, long time now. Do it behind closed doors, as I'm SURE Gibbs does when he needs to. There is not a human being who suffers more pain from a loss than Joe Gibbs.
