smartestmaninamerica
That may be the worst game of professional football I have ever seen played. We lost to Dallas by 17, but they had what, 10 dropped passes, a dropped touchdown and a million penalties. A good team tonight would have beaten us by 40. We are that bad. YOU THINK I'M CRAZY? If I said after the way we ended last season that we would lose our next 7 games and score one offensive touchdown in 6 of those games, would you have also said I was crazy? d0ublestr0ker0ll
Best to have our bad games now. Let's hope it doesn't settle in to being the norm. I don't think it will.
Brave
We played bad tonight. But, for the "smartestmaninnamerica" you sure make dumb predictions. I'll take you up on that 0-16 prediction if you want to lay some $$$$.
Craig
You're right. You know what hurts? Dallas is not very good. I didn't see anything special out of this team except some good dline play (or is our oline really overrated?). But I still think the Skins beat Houston next week. Otherwise 0-16 may be possible. riggorules
As difficult as it is for us diehard Skins fans to hear, this team is very bad. Reality sucks sometimes.

I do not see what the downside would be with benching Brunell....what we'll get blown out by houston? ooh big deal....we need to get Campbell ready. smartestmaninamerica
Ok, here's the funny part. When we got the funble deep in Dallas territory, my buddies I was watching with all got pumped, like HERE WE GO! But I told them, no, BRUNELL WILL THROW A STUPID INTERCEPTION INTO DOUBLE COVERAGE. Thank you maam. He tosses a no-look floater right into double coverage and it is picked.

wbar3383
When you actually watch football come back. If this is the worst team you have ever seen, its obvious you just started watching football yesterday. School tomorrow, get plenty of rest. smartestmaninamerica
HEY PEEPS, Counting the loss at the end of the season right now, we are 0-7 in our last 7 games. Our first team offense has 7 points in 6 games. Why is 0-16 so hard to imagine?

I didn't see anything special out of this team except some good dline play (or is our oline really overrated?). But I still think the Skins beat Houston next week. Otherwise 0-16 may be possible. Highlights... John Hall was 1-1 on FG's. Darrick Frost averaged about 50 yards per punt. Rock Cartright=100 yard kickoff return for TD. TO held to 17 yards. 100+ rushing yards. Lowlights... Offensive line didn't show up. No pass rush on defense at all. 27737488282829 missed tackles. No passing game. Al Saunders offense. I'm a believer in anything that Coach Gibbs believes in, but I'm crushed right now.

Capt'n Obvious
We should bounce back against Houston, Saunders said he wanted to go deep early, but he really did not do that. Brunell didnt have time sometimes, but when he did he would hesitate. Next week air it out early and often.
mammy487
it may be a bad thing right now, but think of all the draft picks we would get if we traded away the number 1 pick to build depth on both lines! look at philly, they have more depth on their lines than layers of fat on Len Pastabelly's gut! thats where games are won and los! on the lines! retro55
Yeh, 0-6 includng pre-season good start. Just a horrible football effort. Lose at Houston and the rest of the season is done. Gibbs get back in the game!!! Your coaches are not worth the money. Credit to Dallas, they wanted it more.
dg28daman
As stupid as this post is, the poster does bring up ONE good point (just one). We are 0-7 in the last 7 games (inc. preseason). Brunell has deteriorated. Gibbs is just being to damn stubborn right now. Brunell is finished.
