He'd probably get a kick out of it though. So long as nobody makes a sign saying "Sportscenter is next" or some sign trying to make a forced statement out of the letters E S P and N. It's obvious that he has a RING and the first that the Redskins have ever won with the introduction of the SuperBowl (obvious). He did lose with the team in the SuperBowl the following year (also obvious). I absolutely belive that without the injury he would have at least one more ring....maybe 1987 or more. That was a sunday night game....all week long heading into that game, ESPN had promos with those Poker Player Dogs...Joe was sitting with them playing cards and the dogs were talking about how ferocious the Giants blitz was...and they kept cracking crab legs or pretzels...it showed Joe storming out of the room saying something like..."Thats not funny guys!"ESPN AND Joe Theismann made a joke out of it so I really don't see any harm.
