Saw Prioleau at Radford University bar tonight.

Pierson went to Va tech and grew up in Radford. My buddy (who is a giants fan) left the bar and came to my house saying the scene was lame except, "some redskin was there." I have read the pierson sightings in Radford on this site and decided that the two blocks to the bar wasnt that far out of my reach. When i got there, sure enough he was hanging out. I didnt say much, he seemed in his element and i didnt want to bother him. On the way out i walked passed him and let a "knock the piss out of Julius Jones next year" slip and got nothing but smiles to escort me out. He seemed quiet and highclass...Thought you heads fiending for skins sightings would like to know...(BTW for those who doubt, he was at BT's, next time i am up there i will try to find out how he tipped.)

Yeah, thanks for the post but he's also underated. He did a lot of those little things through out season like for instance that fumble recovery he wrestled away in the Philly game at FEDEX.

It was 3rd QTR and Philly punted with Thrash returning and Thrash fumbled. It could have been another disaster but Prieleau got down there and dug it out in the company of 2 Eagles. As previous poster already said, he's from Radford. But good post and thanks. Preileau?

Oh we're lucky to have him and there have been other instances too. Also he's fan friendly he came over said hi to me during pre-game warm up when San Fran came to town. He's one of my favorites, yes I have his jersey. And I'm wearing it on 31 July actually his jersey and Jansen's is a toss up...probably will go with Preileau and then come back later with Jansens on.

He and his family actually still live in Radford, (Heron's Landing to be exact). He's a neighbor of a friend of mine. I've never met him, but I've heard nothing but good things about him.

Oh Prioleaus' a strong nickel man....a few highlights from 05 Philly at FEDEX 3rd QTR Thrash fumble on a punt return and Preoleau goes down there jumps the loose ball and diggs it out and wrestles it away from 2 Eagles....at Seattle huge, again huge turnover on Kick off could have resulted in momemtum swing but O fizzled and teher probably some more.

A lot more high lights and things that wouldn't jump out to the average fan...but solid tackler, can cover, play the corner or the strong and solid hitter a star on "teams". Known for blocking field goals. Very fan friendly, will take a minute to say hi to the kids. My rate I give Prioleau a 5 STAR rating in caps and with plenty of flavor. He can also run Prioleaus tough but you just have to be a real fan and know what those traits are that makes him tough because we're deep. He brings a lot does those little things that can turn a game! Five Stars for this one, easily!

Yeah man Pierson has started on NFL teams before he is just the kind of guy we have on our defense.

Our whole defense could be starters if they needed too, thats what I love about it.

Obviously some could also be starters on the All-Pro team as well, but that is not the point. :silly: :helmet:

His hometown is Alvin, S.C., where he played both sides of the ball at Macedonia High and he rushed for 927 yards and 18 touchdowns and amassed 800 receiving yards for five touchdowns. He finished with 77 tackles and one interception as senior defensive back and earned All-Region honors as junior and senior. He holds the school record in the vertical jump.

He majored in interdisciplinary studies at Virginia Tech.

Prioleau and his wife, Alicia, have a son Pierson Jalen (P.J.) and reside in Radford, Va.

Q: Do you have a sense for your role yet?

A: "Safeties are all interchangeable. Me, Sean [Taylor] and Pierson {Prioleau] all try and do everything. It has given us a lot of flexibility. We all intermingle. Right now it is a matter of getting exposed to all the concepts and all the responsibilities."

Adam Archuletta, Safety, Redskins.

Just caught that quote on the COM (Redskins.com) by AA. Even Archuletta knows he's a Safety 5 star rating .

Prioleau is the quality, talented depth that other teams dont have. He can play Safety of DB, and was in Williams system in Buffalo. Its little pieces like him that puts our team over the top.

Exactly what I'm thinking, and we must have the deepest team in the League...most professional critics refer to this as margin of error. And our margin of error is extremely high. The only question is OLB..sounds scary huh.

I miss Radford. Waftos and Crusties would make for some SERIOUS tailgating food!

Hahaha. We did that already. They will ship frozen crusties to you, just call. Not as good as fresh at 2am, but good enough. I miss Radford...but that was another lifetime ago!

I just graduated from Radford, I love Bt's. I wish I would have saw him.

Yo I was at BT's last night until about 12! I can't believe I didn't see him!! AHHH Damnit.

Good to finally see some other folks from Radford around here! I was wondering where everyone was hiding.

I dunno if anyone here went to Bissett for the 4th of July, but he was there too helping out a church. There were a whole bunch of Redskins items for a raffle and a silent auction of a ton of signed jerseys. He sold me my raffle tickets.

He and his family actually still live in Radford, (Heron's Landing to be exact). He's a neighbor of a friend of mine. I've never met him, but I've heard nothing but good things about him.

I figured he would live there...I've always wondered where in Radford he could live, and there are some nice ass houses there....I wonder if he was neighbors with Shayne Graham when he lived there?

Sorry Essex, rumrunner, and others. They sold chaunceys a few days ago and chrusties are now a thing of the past...You may be able to order them on the internet still but the old owners are thinking of suing the internet company for using the name. Jimmmywilliams, he was in the pool room.
