sabadahabada
Screw a draft pick for ramsey we need to trade for a solid CB. I know this has already been suggested i.e; smoot for ramsey, but there are other teams out there in need of QBs as well and smoot might want too much, any thoughts on other possible options? elkabong82
Give Ramsey to the Bears for Azumah and a conditional pick. Ramsey could beat out Grossman.
#1SkinsFan
Give Ramsey to the Bears for Azumah and a conditional pick. Ramsey could beat out Grossman. I'd love that trade. But it most likely wont happen. We should just get the best available cb in free agency which is andre dyson.
ouvan59
Give Ramsey to the Bears for Azumah and a conditional pick. Ramsey could beat out Grossman. They've also got Kyle Orton. I seriously doubt they want to screw with two young QBs confidence by bringing in another.
CurseReversed
We dont have any leverage with patrick as teams know that we will have to release him sooner or later. At that point he could be had for no cost other then his contract, so why waste a pick or player now. I do think however that someone would be willing to give up something to have him for sure, I just dont know how significant that compensation would be considering the situation. fdarugar
At this point I think we will wait until the draft to trade him...
Gregpeck99
No team wants Ramsey. He will be released soon.
jflagg215
That's a great idea but I just can't think of a team to trade with that we could get a good enough corner out of the deal. The Dyson seems like the best option but honestly we may go CB in the 2nd then draft out depth.

sabadahabada
i was listening to sportstalk 980 and they were saying that in addition to the jets and vikings that the bengals, bucs, and cards were "talking" to ramsey

visionary
Ya know, when I saw this and opened the thread, I thought you were suggesting using Ramsey AS a cornerback....
twenty-eight
What about the vikings? Brad Johnson is the only guy they got. Or do you they still have Todd Bouman? Anyway, they need a qb for the future and a 4th rounder isnt much.

SackMachine
Ya know, when I saw this and opened the thread, I thought you were suggesting using Ramsey AS a cornerback.... Haha same here. What about oakland? They released Kerry Collins and there were rumours of Culpepper going there but that can't happen now. Who's still in it? Jets, Oakland He could be a starter there, or will atleast compete for the job. In cincy he'll probably be a back up to Palmer. Bucs is back up to Simms. TheSchwartz
Unfortunately no one wants Ramsey, that's kinda the point. The Redskins aren't gonna get a solid CB for him if the best they get in a trade offer is a 6th rounder, think about it...

The Vikes need a QB but Brad Childress is going to run the west coast offense, which im pretty sure is not an offense fit for Ramsey's strengths.
