Plus Mike Anderson puts his full name on the back of his jersey.:point2sky He does that cus there were a bunch of other Andersons in Denver. First off, if the Broncos do release him (and remember, with the CBA deal extension, all cuts were declared void) I would like to pick him up. But that is assuming that we don't resign Betts. Personally, I think we should sign whoever is cheaper. But I would love if Mike Anderson came to Washington. That guy is a Joe Gibbs kind of guy. He was an RB in Denver. Had a 1400 yard season. They draft Portis and ask him to play FB. Says sir yes sir, and gains weight in the offseason. Then comes back and plays RB. Great work ethic. I think what he doesn't understand about Ladell Betts is that despite his size and strength he is still a terrible short yardage back. I feel more comfortable with Rock and Nemo as short-yardage backs. (I know that Rock is likely gone, but Nemo has uber potential in that role. However, he would probably be more of a third down back. Portis and Mike Anderson as the 1-2 punch. That would be sick. But I do have confidence in Ladell. I think we're just fine at the rb position, I like all our boys back there, especially Southeast Jerome. Portis isn't as bad as everyone makes him out to be in short yardage, I bet he puts on about 5 more pounds this offseason and he'll be able to get it done on 3rd and 2. Now if its 4th and an inch I say we should put Sellers in at fullback, Betts in at halfback, and stuff it in there with either one of them. In Madden (and yes, Madden is exactaly like the real NFL. ) I put Sellers in there and he's gaurenteed a yard every time, the guy is built like Diet Pepsi Machine. I think Mike Anderson is a terrible idea, we need pass rushing specialist and depth at wide reciever and we're all set. Mike Anderson would be a waste of money. Releasing him and signing Mike Anderson (for certianly a much higher contract) would be just plain dumb. I'll bet anything you want that no one in the Skins front office is thinking of doing this.
