Slacky McSlackAss
this is an insider article so i will only post bits of it but i got a good laugh out of it. The Redskins have to play better offensively if they are to have any chance against the Seahawks this week. This Seahawks offense hasn't slowed down yet this season and it doesn't look like it's going to anytime soon, so the Skins are going to have to keep up on the board. To accomplish that, they are going to have to get Moss and David Patten involved in the game plan early and often. The Seahawks are going to expect the Redskins to pound them with Clinton Portis, and while that's a good idea, I believe it's one that should be instituted later in the game. http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/insider/columns/story?columnist=theismann_joe&id=2285444 Apparently Joe wants us to throw the ball to Patten while hes on the sideline. Great strategy Joe.
Joe Gibbs II
Patten can still get involved, all he has to do is go back in time, not get injured and play a bigger role leading to the game.
Buddha
He can help the passing game by tripping the DBs with his crutches as they run down the sidelines after Moss.
skins4eva
I sometimes get the feeling the ESPN is being run by a bunch of trained monkeys these days--there needs to be some competition...nfl network is a good start, but not enough.
ZoEd
Wow, what insight. Joe is such a huge supporter of the Redskins and is a true homer. I mean that's what everyone seems to think on this board. Joe bleeds burgundy and gold but doesn't even know that Patten has been out since mid-season. That's classic. Maybe he can write in his article that Darrell Green and Dave Butz needs to plays some solid D for us to win and it will come true as well.
