Dirtbag 28
We may be more prepared in the d-back position than people think We have great depth at that position! I agree totally!!! :bucsuck:
HapHaszard
Springs update: The Redskins have not ruled out cornerback Shawn Springs playing Saturday against Tampa Bay, still calling him day-to-day. An MRI revealed no major tear in his right groin and no sports hernia. http://www.dcexaminer.com/articles/2006/01/04/sports/d_c_sports/001_all_skinsnotes.txt

ThatGuy
If this were the regular season, I'm sure he'd take the week off. In the playoffs, who knows. He could be used as a nickel corner and play the slot on 3rd downs. Ike Hilliard will be playing lots for them, and he's not likely to go deep, so that may be the guy to put him on if he goes. GrapeApe
as Sarge and ND would say.....PRAISE ALLAH! Now that's funny. In the last games against the Bucs I thought the safeties were largely responsible for that loss. They didn't play well at all. Having Taylor back should be a big boost for them. JoeKnowsBest
No ST last time either. The Bucs receivers will develop aligator arms Saturday. That made me laugh because it's so true! Getting flashbacks of Terry Glenn in the latest Dallas game here. Shawn Taylor is starting to look like Ronnie Lott in the old days when nobody would go over the middle on him. I'm so happy to hear this news for Shawn Springs! Wahoo! We also didn't have Corneleus Griffen last time I don't think. Now we do. We got a shot at this. SkinzRool
Update: Springs Remains Questionable for Saturday By Jason La Canfora Washington Post Staff Writer Wednesday, January 4, 2006; Page E09 http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/01/03/AR2006010301399.html Prior to departing Redskins Park for a meeting with doctors, however, Springs said his groin felt tight and that he was skeptical about being able to play Saturday. He has played despite the injury for more than three weeks but has been in more acute pain recently.
