You can sue if they walk up to you & punch you in the face, then while you're down, kick you a couple of times. Then you might have a leg to stand on.

Wrong. Bear, easily.

What bear. I think a smaller breed would be destroyed by a lion because bears have not evolved to fight other predatory animals. Male lions on the other hand do little else.

Over thanksgiving weekend my wife, my sister, and my brother in law were hiking thru the smoky mountain NP and we saw fresh bear droppings. Sure they are just black bears, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous. People die every year from bear attacks around here... and I think even a black bear would put up a good fight against a lion.
