When you decide to become a lawyer.. ? If it causes no long, medium, or short term pain if the lie is discovered, it's okay. If you are sheltering someone and when the truth comes out they will still be hurt, I think the band aid method is best. Truth is best in almost every situation. I have lied to myself over the last 10 years about how good the skins were going to be next year. This last offseason hopefully I was truthful. We'll see after the next 3 wins, did I say wins????
