NoCalMike
The only way we lose this game, IMO, is because of costly turnovers.
JimmiJo
Umm, Our pass D hasn't been good ALL year. not when it comes to medium and deep passes. Just because the rankings said we had good #s doesn't mean our D was good, it just means that teams didn't challenge us cause they thought we were as strong as we were last year on defense. Now teams know better. Don't let statistics blind you. I've been very unimpressed with our pass D all season long, and now it has been exposed. Um, I don't think the facts support your assertion. Statisically we have defended the pass very well (expecting last week). If you had said big runs, I would have been inclined to agree, although something tells me the days of big runs to the weak side are over.
flexxskins
They seem to be the only ones that believe that. http://warroom.sportingnews.com/nfl/matchups/picks.html http://www.sportsnetwork.com/default.asp?c=sportsnetwork&page=nfl/misc/scrimmage.htm http://www.football.com/cgi-bin/posters/printPost.cgi?category=trainingcamps&at=nfl1.shtml http://www.nypost.com/sports/betting/nflpicks.htm http://www.hbo.com/apps/inflpicksgame/hostpicks.do BTW, Costas is an idiot. wilbur58z
Theismann, Salisbury, Hoge, Jaws, Mort, Eric Allen, and Schlereth all picked us to win.
Poteet
Actually, all of the ESPN analysts (except Golic) picked the Skins to beat the Raiders. That means that Salisbury, Hodge, Theismann, Jaworski, Schlereth, Allen, and Mortensen all picked the Skins. Here's the link: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/features/talent Whoops.... I see that Wilbur pointed that out in the post just prior to mine.

Berman picked us to lose, which is a good thing in my opinion.Have you ever seen the Swami's record?Absolutely terrible, his winning %is very bad. RavenzSuck
I hope these idiots keep picking us to lose. I feel a hell of a lot better when the pundits pick the other team. If we just play redskin football and get some turnovers, we will win
born skins fan
If we do lose a game at home this season, it's not going to be against Oakland!
DCNightHawk
it might be a shootout, but then again our offense looked pretty good for the most part against that number 1 tampa bay defense
LiveStrongSkins
While I think the Redskins will win, these guys arent off base by picking Oakland. I think we will win the game if we hold off on the blitz. If we blitz and it gets picked up, we are playing roulette with the best wide out in the league. We need to cut out the turnovers and drop more guys back in coverage.
