  1. His actions coupled together (e.g. sharing intelligence and fomenting a coup) sound like treason.....👀

Furthermore, 18 U.S.C § 2381, states that a person guilty of treason against the United States “shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

Can you explain more as to why it is a growing threat? I seriously would like to know. Not being smart here.

I feel like a lot of religions are threats in America and I’m not really sure if this one is more serious than others.

Think of it this way: Modi = Trump. Modi's party = BJP; BJP = MAGA Republicans. Hindutva = Proud Boys.

Hindutva supporters in the US are growing in numbers and they're bringing their backwards ass politics to the US. They enjoy targeting Sikh events because they don't agree with the religion.

As an example, here's what is happening in Australia with Hindutva:

Why did a Hindu who attacked Sikhs in Australia receive a hero’s welcome in Modi’s India?

An international student asked to leave Australia after allegedly assaulting members of the Sikh community received a hero’s welcome on his return to India.

A roadshow greeted Vishal Jood, 24, “an unlawful non-citizen” of Australia as he arrived back in his home state of Haryana on Sunday. A fleet of cars drove through the streets of the city of Karnal in celebration, while a garlanded Jood appeared from a sunroof, waving the Indian flag and smiling.

To foreign eyes, such a welcome – for a convicted criminal fresh from serving six months of a one-year jail term – might seem jarring. But to seasoned observers of the India of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the twisted logic behind it was all too recognisable.

  3. honestly, the best way i learned how to cook is from watching the cooking network shows (especially Iron Chef) to see how people throw things together quickly and see their techniques. Once you get that basic understanding, it all kinda flows and you can experiment however you want.

After Comer’s bill was introduced Thursday, Allen argued that NFL stadiums “deliver very little long-term in terms of jobs and economic activity,” doubting it would generate the boost supporters hope for.

He's not wrong. That's why I was hoping for Bezos so he could fund it 100% himself.

This is why the stadium needs to be a retractable dome stadium so it can be used year round, rain or shine, to host football games, college games, soccer games, concerts, graduations, etc

  5. I thought it was a skin disease that caused his change of complexion?

EDIT: nope, he's bleaching his skin like a moron :ols:

"It's a bleaching cream that I apply before going to bed and whitens my skin some," Sosa said in a 2009 interview with Univision  after a photo was taken at the Grammy Latino Awards, a first look at Sosa's lighter complexion.

"What happened was that I had been using the cream for a long time and that, combined with the bright TV lights, made my face look whiter than it really is. I don't think I look like Michael Jackson," he said then.

and the Australians lost a war to emus in 1932

    Quote

The Emu War was summarized thusly by Australian ornithologist D.L. Serventy: “The machine-gunners’ dreams of point blank fire into serried masses of Emus were soon dissipated. The Emu command had evidently ordered guerrilla tactics, and its unwieldy army soon split up into innumerable small units that made use of the military equipment uneconomic. A crestfallen field force therefore withdrew from the combat area after about a month.”

The human soldiers fired their Lewis guns with vigor, but it was the emus that came out victorious in the Great Emu War of 1932. The birds remain plentiful in the areas outside of Perth to this day, and their triumph may be destined for the big screen.
