Seems like Rivera and co. Are waiting it out for the league year to start and get Wentz in the building. I expect a similar approach to the last couple years, that is quietly go about their business and get a few impact players at the lower tier of spending.

Samuel is a good piece, however we need more playmakers. We have a deep threat hopefully in Dynami Brown, that's a huge question mark however since potential doesn't equal production. We have one receiver who has produced for our offense in Terry. Our second leading receiver last year was McKissic. To say we are good and bury our head in the sand is irresponsible.

Fair, mutually got out of Philly is probably more accurate. Between Foles being celebrated and Hurts being picked he felt overlooked and ready to leave.

Wentz basically forced his way out of Philly from what I understand. The Colts situation is sus, the owner wanted him gone because a poor finish and other outside factors I'm not getting into. At the end of the day Wentz is the best QB we've had since Cousins. If you can't get past the fact it's his third team in 3 years hold off and wait till games start to make your mind up if it was a good decision.

Statistically Brady had a great year last year, his highest yardage total ever (extra game) but QBR and TDs / ints we're very similar to the previous year. Dude is playing at a level others can only dream about. I don't like the retired / now I'm not charade either. And I really don't like he's back to terrorize the league again. Makes the NFC playoff picture harder to navigate. Rodgers, Brady, and to a lesser extent Stafford are QBs I'd rather not see in the playoffs. The good news is Dalass now has to play Brady again this year.

That's fair Patterson caught a couple passes near the end of the year, he can probably fill in that change of pace role. Opens a roster spot for a rookie RB hopefully.

Definitely hope that we target Hicks, doubt we have the resources to get into the bidding war for Wagner. I just think we have more holes to fill in FA and probably won't get comp picks aside from Scherff, and that's mostly due to us not having cap space.
