Yeah....if you think Smith is a better qb than Cousins, then we don't share enough common ground to even enter into a dialogue on that point. Alex Smith bores the **** out of me. I hate watching the guy play football, I've hated it since before they even made that horrible trade to bring him to Washington, and I hate it even more now. I watch this awful team for entertainment, so yeah...... The defense is fun to watch, at least. That being said, entertainment is subjective. If I thought this was in any way a championship level team, and Smith was 10 years younger, maybe I'd feel differently. I think we just value different things. It's not that big a deal. Sorry to bring up Cousins, everybody. it was just the best example in recent memory.

I honestly enjoyed watching Kirk Cousins lose games more than I enjoy Alex Smith winning them. I am not even joking. I hate the way he plays that much. Anyways, whatever. I don't agree with the intangibles BS, but it doesn't even matter. Maybe he is the all knowing embodiment of risk management, but he's gonna be 37, has one robot leg and can barely run. I think his time is nearly over whether he retires or not, so the whole discussion is moot. If people honestly think he's up for another 16 healthy games next season, then I'm speechless. Need a QB that is better than league average to win anything worthwhile, and, given Alex's age, need one soon. Am I crazy?

Welcome to the Redskins Antonio Gibson, RB/WR Memphis
SpacePenguin replied to zCommander's topic in The Stadium
I find myself consistently underwhelmed with Scott Turner as OC. There are solid playcalls at times, but for the most part there really isn't any creativity in the offense. Gibson being used as typical HB is strange enough, but he often times doesn't even get much work there. Oh well. The team's pretty bad so I guess it doesn't matter that much. I really did prefer what we saw of O'Connell last season, though. -

I guess I'm in the minority, but I don't see the need to run him into the ground. Granted, Barber is pretty pedestrian, but McKissic is no slouch. Letting them split carries seems like a good idea to me. -

I'm getting some serious Jason Campbell flashbacks here...but I think Campbell was actually better than this. -

Curl sure does look like a good draft pick. Made another nice tackle that series. -
same link is good for this week.

http://eplstreams.club/nfl2.php?id=14961 Can change stream quality on the bottom right.

It should be, as long as the site doesn't go down/get taken down. In any case, the very nice Acestream/VLC links will be available for regular season games every week, for sure. Just check here a bit before each game and look for links with acestream in the URLs. If you need any help getting em going, just ask. It's pretty straightforward though. https://www.reddit.com/r/nflstreams/ I have student discount Sunday Ticket online now, but before I watched reg season games on acestream every week. I think they're about as reliable as streams can be. Edit: Here's a third stream for today's game. 1080p 60fps. http://grandma.press/4.html

Yeah, that site's streams are nice. I was gonna post that one, along with an acestream/vlc one I'm currently watching the Titans/Bears game on....just figured I'd wait to make sure they both carry over to the next game. acestream://a1a8bdb004f1f10c59948ced20fff6f38e003f3b

I'll still throw up a couple streams before the game for those, like me, that don't have cable tv or an antenna.
-
It's just a video player that's required to play some certain streams. Pretty much the same type of thing as VLC, actually you can play these links in either, it's just easier in acestream. They usually run really smooth and there are no popups or ads to deal with, as opposed to embedded flash streams. Much easier to find them for regular season games though. oh, and you're welcome, of course

wrong thread lol

For those that don't have acestream, here's a pretty solid link that's live on pregame right now. It's HD http://sportsarefree.xyz/csnma/ edit: this stream is gorgeous if you have the bandwidth for it.
-
Yeah, I'd say adblock/popupblock/noscript are necessary for using any of the offbrand firstrowsports-esque sites....and even then its a pain to get the stream running. The vlc/acestream links have totally spoiled me when it comes to those sites. I just pay 100 bucks with a student discount for online sunday ticket now, but that's only regular season games that aren't nationally televised...so the rest of the time, I'm picky lol Edit- Acestream link is up, likely won't switch to the game until right before kickoff, but here it is. (been watching these links for other games on and off all day with no issues) acestream://3e1fa466cc705b7589da93413830eb06e1c638b7 Open acestream and click Media>Open Acestream Content ID. paste the URL into the box and then play. Enjoy!

I'll always go to reddit and find a vlc or acestream link, if possible. If I find one, I'll post it. Won't be until right before the game though! Edit: I found a good acestream one for the panthers game just now, so probably will be one later. If you have decent internet, I'd strongly recommend downloading acestream. No reason to deal with pop up filled sites with unstable streams.
-
You're welcome! Yah, if you live near DC then an antenna would be a good solution. Good luck finding a stream today. I'm sure there will be plenty lol
-
I have it, and you can't watch any games that are locally televised on it. It's really only good if you're out of market. I know you said you didn't want to stream, but i would check the NFL reddit for a VLC stream, as the quality is almost as good as on the PS4. Then you can run an hdmi cable to your TV if you like. Just to clarify, if you live anywhere where the local Fox channel is showing the game, you can't watch it. If another game is airing locally, you can! Sorry

You're welcome. Thanks FS21 though!

http://pepsinono.blogspot.com/2016/08/blog-post.html Thanks for the stream btw. Reddit links are really bad now. I think i'll use my student discount to get the direct tv online streaming for the regular season for 100 bucks this year.

Thanks for the stream, but the audio is freaking out a bit lol
