Man UFC must really be hurtin for PPV buys... I'm glad Jon Jones went full heel though.

I know it's not totally cutting the cord but most cable providers are now offering an internet plus HBO plan for anyone that refuses to leave HBO behind and doesn't have or doesn't want to use someone else's account. Also I understand the hate for cable companies and not wanting to pay for all the unused channels but I'm always surprised at the amount of adults willing to illegally stream whatever they want just because they can.

What's everybody drinking or the 4th? I just stopped and picked up a bunch of stuff for me and the girlfriend and a friend. I ended up getting 6 packs of: paulaner hefeweissen, troegs dream weaver, stone IPA, lagunitas Maximus, lagunitas little sumptin sumptin, and finally a 6 of hop devil. I considered going with the dead rise but decided against it. I don't like it out of the bottle nearly as much as from the tap.

I was excited until I came in here and read all that witless extension crap. Can we all agree to just not talk about that until it happens? I'm staying out of here until the game starts, I can't be thinking about extending a terrible coach , it's hard enough to deal with the fact that he is our coach this year!

I had totally forgotten about that but I was so into e wrestling when I was in middle school haha. Fun times. I remember taking time to type up "promos" or "segments" and always waiting to see what the event results were. One guy in my league always typed up what amounted to 15 page word documents for his promos. Unbelievable man haha.

Yeah, I'd take dantoni in a heartbeat. I would take any real coach with an ounce of leadership. Clearly Wittman doesn't have leadership or strategy. It's ridiculous and pathetic. The team is almost never ready to play and when the the games are played out wittman seems to have no impact in what happens. Never takes a timeout to break up the flow, never changes the team strategy, doesn't do anything. And the wiz are never ready to play. Also we consistently miss SO many free throws as a team. That's unacceptable. We have an ok roster but nothing will ever come of it with a terrible coach. And that's exactly what we have. God bless wizards fans, I think we have a very very rough road ahead....

Yeah learning to win with a lame duck coach. I should be thankful that the Wizards have their best team in years but it's still only a pretty good team with a bad coach.

My understanding was that the UFC policy was going to agree with the Nevada athletic commission so that no TRT would be allowed in UFC from here on out. Which is why I thought Vitor dropped out of his title match immediately. I'm not sure what the story with Henderson is. I love Shogun and I would watch those two fight another 100 times but Henderson didn't look good to me at all last night. He's earned the right to fight as long as he is winning but I think most guys would've put him down during the couple times that shogun had a chance to do so. I think from here on out shogun has a better chance to compete with most people but unless he gets in incredible shape I don't think he's in the title picture anymore. Again though, he is so great that he should be allowed to fight as long as he is winning or putting on good fights. If he wants to be a gatekeeper then I think he should be able to do that.

A 6 fight deal? Jeeeez. I'm assuming he signed that before the TRT decision. I don't see him fighting again after this fight

HAHAH im the most pessimistic wizards fan you'll find but ill never say this. Every win is a win. And thank your God(s) for each one because Washington franchises were made to make us SUFFER!!!!

Yeah, such an awesome fight. I've really been out of the loop with UFC recently. I keep up with the results but havent watched a card in months (cant afford to order it and the last time I went to BWW there was literally no space left). Case in point, I knew this fight was coming up and I'm pumped for it but i had no idea it was weekend (and on a sunday?!) But nonetheless, I'm excited. Love both fighters with Rua being my favorite ever. Hopefully both guys have a little bit left in the tank for one last awesome battle.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the idea. I just don't think it's something the WWE would do. Fans always have better storyline ideas than the WWE. I don't have faith for them to pull off something cool like what is proposed here. I don't even believe that this whole DB storyline was meant to lead to Wrestlemania. Fans got lucky this year that WWE decided to change its direction and had a way to still put DB back in the picture. The original WWE plan was to have Batista win the Royal Rumble and the crowd go nuts when he won the title at WM. Haha obviously that wasn't going to work out once they realized Batista had to be a heel because everyone hates him anyway. So they had to insert a face into the world title match, and it might as well be DB. On the other hand, if this whole thing was planned the whole time, then I give kudos to the WWE. The DB storyline has been developing for awhile and WM is actually the perfect time for him to finally overcome the authority and also have his WM moment. But I refuse to give WWE that much credit. DB has always been good and got really hot with the crowd and WWE had JUST enough time to pull their head out of their asses and cancel the terrible main event they had planned. And Triple H still found a way to involve himself in everything lol

I think DB has to win the belt. Screwing him over again doesn't really make sense. They've been doing it for 6 months straight. If they aren't going to have the storyline come to a close at Wrestlemania then when? Why repeat what they did the last two months at the biggest show of the year? I would almost guarantee DB leaves with the belt and I would love if the main even was turned into a fatal four way. But WWE doesn't really do stuff like that anymore. I'd be shocked if they changed the main event while the card was going.

Orphan black is great. Also if you don't mind subtitles check out The Returned on Netflix. The new show Resurrection is based on The Returned. It's really super awesome.

I'll be honest guys, I didn't catch the Nets game but I think you are all overreacting to Wall having a great game. Yes he had an amazing game (the stat line is anyway, like it said I haven't watched it) but this is the same guy who is turning the ball over by losing his dribble at the end of games. And I love John Wall. He's a great player and probably worth the max (certainly is some games) but he's not nearly consistent enough for me to agree with any of the last 7 or 8 posts. Not trying to rain on the parade( I know I still am) but I'd like to see a couple big games in a row. Or another winning streak. I can't get that hyped on Wall when I know he will let me down soon with an average performance or a very poor shooting night. Oh whatever I should be grateful that we have any good players at all. And I'm really really glad we won. Edit: I agree about Wall defensively. He's great on that end.

Yeah that whole segment was great and now we get Daniel Bryan in 2 wrestlemania matches and hopefully winning the belt!
