hamas’ only way of survival is a “permanent” cease fire and Israel is saying no we’re not going to let you regroup and rearm

so, everyone can agree on whatever they’re want at their little get together conferences but until someone budges on their stance they are directly at odds with each other

I don't agree with every plan DC has put forth about this, but one of the few things worse then a bad plan is someone not letting them do anything and throwing the results kn thier face as it gets worse.

 

If ever I've seen a reason for DC to finally be a state, getting Congressional approval off the table of how they address crime in their city has to be it.

@Renegade7so I don’t really follow the nba I just like watching playoffs and I generally read this thread but don’t post much. I’m sorta low rent in the informed sense in this. 
 

I prefer to believe it’s in everyone’s best interest for the series to be longer not shorter. You don’t have to buy into it being literally rigged. But add it all up and recognize Dallas is good enough to win at least a game - or 2 or 3 - and you get yeah they’ll get at least 1 game one way or another. 
 

there are also series that hinge on an injury or something inexplicable so that’s always a chance 

But mostly Boston is just way better

Total control of their land and I’m not sure where this ends but one option is that Hamas doesn’t exist anymore; Gaza and West Bank don’t exist anymore. Nothings impossible but it certainly seems improbable Israel agrees to anything that allows Hamas to officially exist. I’m sure many of them have lost a lot of family and friends that were not directly affiliated with Hamas. The area is in ruins. What have they actually lost? Well they’ve almost actually lost everything. 
 

currently statehood is not a thing with legitimate legs at the moment. Protests? Got people to think they’re a victim? Hezbollah launch their bottle rockets again?

I find it super unfortunate most people cannot sit through a 30 minute high-level discussion on a topic, pay attention, and come out the other side feeling more informed 

instead they tend to think they’re being lectured, that they don’t like the other person (cause that’s how they cope with not understanding it), or they just don’t pay attention and didn’t learn anything

Politician do what works. Gish galloping around hitting 50 topics in 5 minutes but none more than a sentence or two deep, and things that fit on bumper stickers work.
