He is a very accurate passer so there is that too. But the idea is hopefully he gives you enough along with what the coaches are seeing in practice to not go fishing for a retread or someone looking for big payday instead.

I am telling you Howell was a steal in the 5th round. I am so hoping for a strong showing of Howell on Sunday so we don't waste time and money on a retread.

There are 2 things with your new flusher. 1. The dial can be set to allow how much water is in the bowl. I usually set in the middle and then either go low or high to see how much water is in the bowl. 2. As for the actual water flushing the stem on the flusher can be adjusted up and and down to stop the water from filling at a certain point. This control how much water is filled up in the tank. Look at the old water mark line that was there before see if the water comes to that line. The stem can be adjusted by just simply pulling up to allow more water or pushed down for less water in tank. Lastly, The chain he put on the flusher will control how long the flap stays open to allow the water to go down the big hole for the flush. I suspect the chain is not on the correct hole (at the top arm). Take the pin and and move it to the right or end of the stem. That should make the difference.

That will allow Howell to start in 23 and the draft position won't matter since we won't be looking for a QB that they think might pan out compared to what is in your hand. Build the lines through the draft and FA. Howell had to work on his NFL level footwork instead of just throwing him out there to fail instead. That was smart from the QB coach. As for Ron being told what to do well he is a players coach and didn't want to lose the locker room. It doesn't matter how it was decided at least he was on board with it and simply just didn't say no I am going with Taylor instead. Ron said Taylor helped him in his decision. Kudos to Taylor and his whatever motives.

Translation he smacked Ron really hard to put some sense in him lol Injury would be his concern and him being able to play for either this team or some other team. I am sure his agent told him what is best for him now and for the future. Plus does he really have anything left to prove anyway? I think he knows he has done enough. Just a thought: I will bet you Taylor would probably make a better OC than Turner. Really smart in math and numbers too. If no team picks him up I can see him in some sort of a coaching gig instead (which he wanted to do and called Turner for it and Turner said I have other plans for you instead). The guy wants to be in NFL on any level he can be and he is well liked by players too. But will see what happens.
