I'm just seeing this, but I'm a Laker fan and I can tell you it's going to be a battle for the 6-8 seed next season. If they don't get in the playoffs next season, Phoenix will get a high lottery pick with the Nash trade. Jim Buss has to get out of making the calls, because he's not a basketball person. I can see that from my seat 3000+ miles from LA.

That was before D'Antoni, remember Brown was there and he was fired and that's when they hired D'Antoni. But it will all be moot, hence Mitch Kupchak receiving the extension. Should have seen some of his reactions when they gave up over 400 points(that stretch when they lost to the Clips by almost 50). I bet he wanted to fire him right then and there. it's all a mess, and they should have done a sign and trade with Houston last offseason. Its a mess right now, and to be honest, I don't see them winning anytime soon.

You need a couple of bad seasons and some lottery picks. Unfortunately, when they traded for Nash, they don't have one next season. Also, my opinion, they need to come out and tell kids that they need to be removed 2 years from H.S. If you want to make the jump into the league, then develop the D-League into a true minor league like it's supposed to be and make them stay for 3 years. For every Derrick Rose, there will be a Lenny Cooke and Sebastain Telfair. For every Lebron James and Kobe Bryant, you will have a Shawn Livingston and Erik Barkley. It's time to develop your product better, and I think Silver is the guy to do it.

I'm glad the Lakers season is coming to an end. This is the 1st time I have ever seen them this bad. This is some historical stink they displayed this season. Also this marks the 1st time that there will be no Lakers, Celtics, Knicks or Sixers in the playoffs. I guess there is a 1st for everything.

Not sure if CJ Watson was supposed to be starting, but he's been out for some time now. Hill is a liability though.

Speaking of that dumpster fire in Cleveland. Their GM was just fired today. Guess that will happen when you lose to 4.5 players on the court. That was some pretty amazing stuff last night.

Also besides the FO shenanigans that are being ran in Cleveland. They was beat by a team with 5 players left last night. Sarce received his 6 foul, but by rule you need 5 players on the floor at all times. So in reality, the Cavs was beat last night by 4.5 players. Let that one sink in for a moment.

Ok is that nightmare of the Christmas Basketball games and jerseys over? 1st two games, god awful along with the jerseys. I mean look at this gif and this is your 2013 Knicks summed up in one gif(as most have said already) And they caught Melo sleep on the sidelines(Joking, he was actually sneezing, but I'd fall asleep on the bench too watching this game). At this point in his career, Giggs has no business starting on the pitch, and this is a huge match today. He could have started Welbeck, Kagawa at that position. It showed a lot today, and once he did replace him, it was too late.
