Ok so what am I missing here? Why are the Blazers (48-26) in 4th when the Clippers (50-26) and Spurs (49-26) have better records/winning percentages?

GIF of the year?

Maybe I missed it..but has anyone mentioned that the WCW's reliance on aging stars and a failure to look to the future (Bischoff just wanted to win Monday night, right?) vs the new blood that the WWE was offering at the time might have had something to do with the WCW's demise?
IMO, that's exactly what it was. Between that and basically giving Hogan and his pals all the power, it went down hill quickly after that.

Lol I'm trolling because I said you're not doing yourself any favors by attacking another member?

Mods don't take kindly to posters calling people fools and dicks. Probably best to go back and edit those out if you don't want to get banned.

TSF, you're really not doing yourself any favors in here

You realize that you just called him out..........not face to face...............but behind your monitor...........on the internet right?
Hope he enjoyed his stay here

Overall, I thought it was decent. The one thing that didn't make sense was HHH beating Sting. What was the point of that? I guess HHH was tired of losing at Mania and decided he needed a win.

Thought George Karl would have been a great fit. Leonsis/Ernie pooped the bed on that one.

Heck, we could elect someone from ES and it'd be better. I've put three ESers on the radio back when I was on the air and they all did a stand up job. Bang would probably get my top vote. He can be funny, doesn't mind being opinionated, and he knows how to stand up to hate.
Edit: and if one of you do get the gig... you better bring me in as a producer... at the least!
Could you imagine a radio version of the RTT? That would be something lol

Weird to go on ESPN this morning and see 2 stories about the WWE on there. Brock re-signing and Gruden breaking down the Battle Royal entrants.

2 random thoughts:
1. I want Breeland to be the most improved player from last year. Would really help the secondary go from pitiful too good.
2. If Griffin is going to be the day one starter, I would like to see him start and play a lot in the preseason.much more than he did last year. Full halves of games and into the third quarter consistently.
1. I agreed. If Breeland can improve on 2014, he can be a stud.
2. 10000000% agree. Think Griffin saw the fewest time of all the starters in the league last year. Not sure why. I know we all don't want to see injuries in the preseason and think its meaningless, but we need to see more of Griffin. Gruden says he's a big reps guy, then Griffin (or Cousins or McCoy or whoever the starter is) needs all the 1st team reps in the preseason they can get.

Do you recall what point levels were required for the three jersey levels?
I don't really buy redskins stuff anymore. I would maybe consider this for the jersey but i think my current card gives me such better regards i could use the cash back from that to buy the jersey and come out ahead.
Assuming I even wanted to buy another jersey...
Otherwise, thanks.
Believe for the replicas its about 12-15k. But you get 10,000 points right away. And they have a good selection of player jerseys too. It's not just all one player or anything like that. You also get bonus points if you use it to buy stuff from NFL Shop as well.
They also have all kinds of hats, t-shirts, etc. on there that you can use points towards as well.

so they send you this offer for a credit card with rewards. You can get 100$ off if you put your tickets on it because you'll get enough points for that reward.
I start looking at the other rewards, because I love credit card rewards. If you can pay off your card every month you get something for simply changing how you pay for things, with no interest/fees or anything attached.
http://www.nflextrapoints.com/nfl-extra-points-credit-card/nfl-credit-card/rewards
but it looks like all the rewards are only for buying NFL stuff. seems like a joke. you get 1 point for every 1$. you have to put 12k on your card to get a free jersey (or 6k if every purchase is an NFL product because you get double the points, how generous of them...) it doesn't specify what kind of jersey either, i'm willing to be it's the cheapest of the options.
what a joke.
does anyone use this and have good feedback? is there something i'm missing here?
I've had the CC for a few years now. The jerseys are the actual replica/replithentic/authentic jerseys you would buy from anywhere. Was able to get my wife a free jersey a couple years back with my points.
The downside is the interest rate on it is pretty steep, so just make sure to pay it off every month or at least a good chunk every month. Was able to use it for my tickets last year and had 6 months of no interest on my tickets.
If you buy alot of Redskin stuff, then it's worth it. If not, then don't bother with it.

Had some Swee****er Extra Pale Ale and Swee****er Blue over the weekend. I'm not a big IPA fan, but the Extra Pale Ale was really good. Not bitter like usual IPAs. The Blue is a nice blueberry beer. Kinda sweet, but definitely drinkable.

Doesn't get any better on ES than a donut thread and a beer thread.
Just need a wing and pizza thread and I'm set lol

At a Skins game, I struck up a conversation with a guy who sets up the taps at Fedex. Not sure if he was a distributor, or what.
He said that the Blonde was Guiness' answer to trendy beers and felt that it wouldn't be around too long. He said that it's brewed in PA, and that he didn't care for it.
I tried it too, and don't care for it either. It tasted like a mediocre lager..
I've never had it. But I figured if an Irish bar wouldn't carry something Guiness related, it can't be great

2. Does anyone on Earth really want to see either Wyatt-UT or Sting-HHH? I have no idea what the issue is between Wyatt and UT other than "Well, they both need a match." And the Sting-HHH issue seems to be "You didn't sign with us 15 years ago when we could have used you." I've made this analogy before, but Sing-HHH is like having Bruno-Dory Funk be the co-main event at the first Wrestlemania. (Which actually might have been a fun match at the time).
You forgot Gallen...

I think the blonde is very good...
Smithwicks is coming out with a ale version of their beer, very limited at first, but I think my first account putting it on tap is Murphys in old town alexandria ... monday morning Im supposed to hook it up, cleaning the lines there at 6:30am lol will have to see if its better on tap than in the bottle. We got to try it at a meeting last week that one of our suppliers attended, it wasnt bad, but wasnt like "wow" either, guinness blonde is better heh
What's funny is I was at Murphy's at the beginning of January and asked if they had the Guniness Blonde. Said they wouldn't carry it because it was horrible.

The WrestleMania 31 Main Event Has Changed Again And Is Definitely 100% Confirmed, Maybe:
According to Dave Meltzer, Vince McMahon recently changed his mind about the WrestleMania main event, with Daniel Bryan being added as the third person in 3-way match. The feeling after the Royal Rumble was that Vince McMahon would not want to do another triple threat match to headline their biggest show of the year, since they went that route last year. However, Vince McMahon heard the fan backlash to Roman Reigns loud and clear, held a meeting with top WWE officials and decided on Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan.

I see the network is now $9.99 a month with no commitment. So, basically you can get WM for $10 this year if they don't change the deal. Then cancel it the day after.
And it's free for February

Pretty good Grantland article: Suspension of Disbelief: WWE Thinks Roman Reigns Is Its Next Big Star, No Matter What Fans Say
The mystery isn’t whether WWE actively despises these fans, but rather why it hasn’t figured out how to tell stories in a way that harnesses modern-day fan reactions and uses them to further WWE’s plans. The events at Sunday’s Rumble dispel the notion that last year’s Bryan story line was deliberate, because WWE still doesn’t seem to know what it’s doing. If WWE had learned something from the Bryan episode, then Reigns never would have won the Rumble — at least not the way he won. The fans would have been incorporated into the outcome. They wouldn’t have needed to openly revolt against it.
Instead, we have Brock Lesnar versus Roman Reigns at WrestleMania. Whether we like it or not.

Ah gotcha. I thought they did away with all that a few years ago.
