I'll drink Bud Light if I'm out at a party or something or even a bar if they don't have anything good on tap. But if I'm sitting at home and drinking beer while watching TV/game/grilling/etc. then give me a Sam's, Flying Dog, Dogfish Head, Heavy Seas, whatever. I definitely prefer craft beer, but I don't mind a Bud Light every now and then.

I don't think I remember a team being written off as often as the Spurs and people being so wrong. Weren't they supposed to be "too old" like 3 or 4 years ago?

Well I know that! I was just saying that even though it's finally Spring, their Spring beer is starting to go away in Summer Ale. A few of the bars around me have already made the switch to Summer Ale. Seems the liquor stores are a little behind though and still have plenty.

Cold Snap is amazing. The downside is that they're starting to phase it out in some bars and liquor stores in favor of Summer Ale. So if you see a few 12-packs of it around, but it now before it's gone.

So LeBron, who scored 61 points 2 games ago with the mask on, complained last night that he had an off night because of the mask and because of the sleeved jersey. Think it was more about the Spurs defense.

Hey I went to Leonardtown. I thought Patuxent had some pretty nice unis compared to some of the other teams in SMAC. Ours were pretty crappy while I was there, but they are much better now.

Yes it is, but it's not like we haven't seen it done before. I think that's the point everyone is trying to make. LeBron had a great game, but it is one game in the regular season against the Bobcats. When he does that in the playoffs against Indiana or a team from the West, then I'll be impressed. Gilbert scored 60 in a game once and ESPN didn't spend a week talking about it.

Did you not watch the first Heat-Thunder game when Durant went nuts and the Thunder ran away with it? Durant had a 33/7/5 game. Why was the game last night any bigger than their first game?

Has anyone had entucky Bourbon Barrel Ale? I had some at a bar in Baltimore a couple weeks ago and I've been searching EVERYWHERE for it since and can't find it. Had very good flavor to it, almost like caramel.

Yes and no. The Boston Red Sox have one of the most well known logos in all of sports. They have different uniforms and hats, yet you know its the Red Sox playing. The Celtics and Lakers are 2 of the most prestigious NBA teams, yet they have alternate/throwback unis. I'm not saying teams need to be like college teams and have a different uni/helmet combo for every game, but I don't see the harm in wearing throwbacks/alternates every once in awhile. I think right now, teams are only allowed to wear throwbacks/alternate uniforms twice a year. Why? You would think letting teams wear throwbacks/alternates would lead to more merchandise sales. Look at when LeBron was on the Cavs. They had a ton of throwback jerseys and people were buying those things up like crazy. What's so bad about letting the Bucs wear their Bucco Bruce jerseys? The Skins wearing the R helmets? The Patriots wearing there throwbacks? The Chargers wearing more powder blue? None of that has any effect on the play on the field.
