Jones is still there. Has to be a medical or something off field?? Also Malik Washington and Johnny Wilson are there at WR. Wilson was a guy I liked maybe as a bulk up and play move TE. Washington was really productive - could be a steal as a slot guy. But unless Jones lost a leg this week or milked someone you’d think he’s be great value at this point?

Brendan Rice went to HS with my eldest son. He’s got good size and decent top speed but he lacks explosion and quickness. I think he’s a back of roster type player IMO.

Guys still left Johnny Wilson is someone that intrigued me pre draft. Massive WR, might be someone you could bulk up a bit and use as a move TE. Cam Hart is a good corner as well. Has size/length to play outside.

I’d tell that to Jayden not me 😂 Cam Hart came in on a visit. Might be a name to look for.

We have been awful in the past with 2nd round picks. Hoping the new GM breaks that trend.

The other reason he should stick at OT is he has thin air to compete against.

The ‘trouble separating’ part is probably due to his rawness running routes. His 3 cone and shuttle numbers are elite so he has the quickness. I like the pick - he’s a guy who is just scratching the surface as a receiver. With coaching I think he’s going to be a very very productive slot.

With our relative weakness at DE I can see Jon Allen sliding out a bit to play some DE in base.

Mathis will struggle to make the 53 IMO.

I think we are going to end up loving the McCaffrey pick. He’s very new to the receiver position (switched from QB) but he has already shown massive potential. He will be our slot guy and WR #3 very quickly and he’s a guy who will do more than run option routes and crossers.

Looking at who is left available and might last until the 5th - some really good RB talent left Bucky Irving - possibly the best receiving back in the draft. He’s small but will be someone to develop as a 3rd down type. Successor to Ekler Audric Estime - volume back with size. Lacks a top gear but does everything else really well. Cover for Robinson and might end up better. Will Shipley - a bit like Irving a guy who will probably catch more balls than have carries in the NFL but maybe a better runner between the tackles than Irving.

I did not have a DT on my bingo card. Very good player but it’s already a position of strength. I guess the days of us picking for need are behind us - which is not a bad thing.

Keon Coleman. Well I was right about it being a receiver - but surprised they went this route. His lack of speed would concern me - can he separate?

Patriots have NOTHING on O. I think they have to go WR.

I was thinking McConkey and Mitchell top two. Bills and Patriots (especially Patriots) need WRs.

I’d be very very happy to walk out of this 2nd round with McConkey and Beebe. Got a feeling though McConkey will got in the first two picks. I can see them both the top two picks being WR which would drop DeJean to us - which would be a steal.
