    I still believe in the overall direction of the team. We need to weather the storm this season.

      That is what I said a few years ago....this coach will never see another Super Bowl. Change is needed now as they make to many errors and it will never stop. Denver wised up for a reason. Shanahan without Elway = no SB's

      and only 2 with him his entire career.
