  1. Sewell #1 to Washington https://draftwire.usatoday.com/gallery/2021-nfl-mock-draft-2-rounds-trevor-lawrence-justin-fields-trey-lance-2/
  2. If GMs were asked to rank the top 50, non QBs, they’d like to build their roster around, Young would be in the top 5-10.
  3. Want ISAIAH HARTENSTEINC, HOUSTON ROCKETS The Rockets waived center Isaiah Hartenstein on Tuesday. Hartenstein wasn't in the rotation and the Rockets are all-in on playing small-ball, so this isn't a shock. Houston subsequently reached an agreement with 3-and-D wing David Nwaba, though he won't play until 2020-21 because he's recovering from Achilles surgery. 6. I love Lock but it’s hilarious to see him at 15 in that revisionist mock, though Bridgewater at 18 is even worse.
  7. Uncle Kevin hired by the Browns today, adjust your nfl props accordingly.
  8. When September concludes, Sewell will still be a teenager.
  9. BRANDON AIYUKWR, SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS Speaking to NBC Sports' Peter King, 49ers GM John Lynch stated WR Brandon Aiyuk and WR CeeDee Lamb's grades were “very evenly matched” ahead of the 2020 NFL Draft. The 49ers passed on the chance to draft Lamb at No. 14 overall, and instead traded up from pick No. 31 to No. 25 to secure Aiyuk on their roster. Lynch outlined a conversation he had with head coach Kyle Shanahan two days before the draft, claiming it might "raise eyebrows," but he would be "perfectly happy" to select Aiyuk at their original draft slot at No. 13. Shanahan agreed. From a stylistic standpoint, it makes total sense as the 49ers roster George Kittle, Deebo Samuel and Tevin Coleman, all top two at their position in average yards after the catch. Aiyuk averaged the sixth-most yards after the catch in college football last season. And in an added wrinkle, Aiyuk's former coach, Herm Edwards, is the godparent to one of Lynch's children. Surely that relationship and seamless line of communication paid off while completing background work. Ultimately, Aiyuk and Lamb will always be linked in the eyes of 49ers fans. SOURCE: FMIA on NBC Sports May 4, 2020, 1:00 PM ET What was your prediction for the 2019 season? Take Sewell, one of 6 humans I’d pay top $ for.
  10. PENEI SEWELLT, OREGON DUCKS Oregon HC Mario Cristobal said that junior T Penei Sewell's power is like "nothing [he's] ever seen before." Cristobal was a guest on Yahoo Sports' draft show last Thursday and did not hold back on his high esteem for Sewell as a prospect, saying that, the 6-foot-6, 330-pound star possesses "the most explosive power that [he has] ever seen as an offensive line coach or a head coach." And if anybody knows what he's talking about with offensive line evaluations, it's Cristobal, who worked previously as an OL coach at Miami, Alabama and Oregon (prior to taking over as head coach with the Ducks in 2018). Cristobal also said that he believes that Sewell "could play comfortably" at 375 pounds. Yowza. Sewell will enter the 2020 season with top-3 draft potential for next April should he declare over the winter. SOURCE: Yahoo Sports Apr 30, 2020, 2:58 PM ET
