No irony at all, mate. I remember that play, so I recognized the error in that picture immediately. I will say that it was very well shopped. Had I not known the original, I wouldn't have noticed. The only thing I've found in the picture to make it obvious its faked is the lack of the saints logo on the sleeve (I guess he couldn't make it look natural with the wrinkling so he left it out)

and I had one of those "Toy Yodas" way back. it was annoying as ****. Randomly turn on and annoy you, it would.

I didn't say it shouldn't be a goal, just that ball had a velocity of 0 or less at one point after making contact with the goalie. It still had energy stored in it in the form of rotation, but it wasn't turned into kinetic energy in the form of forward motion until after it hit the ground and started moving forward again. So yes, he did stop it... temporarily.

he stopped it in that it was moving the other direction, but it had a spin on it so when it hit the ground it was moving towards the net again.

it took me forever to figure out who they were screwing with, because the first thing I noticed was the second set of pictures with the one dude who had sideburns added.
