Drunken Master III
Is it just me or did anyone else hear him complaining about Portis' and Taylor's socks. He basically said that Joe Gibbs should put a stop to it. He thinks its nonsense and that everyone on the team should look the same. Let me ask this. Is them wearing different socks affecting our win-lose column? I think not. Czaben's an idiot. :stick:

Henry
Other than that, though, he was uncharacteristically positive of the Skins. His sock bit didn't bother me much.
Xameil
I thought the socks, and Taylors face mask were cool. I would think it throws off the other team a bit.
Warhead36
Czaban hopped onto our bandwagon during our rout of the 9ers. On Skins Postgame Show on CSN he had a Mapquest printout with directions to Detroit. He's sort of a clown. I don't really like or hate him. SlobberKnockinFootball
Just a reminder... Steve Czaban looks like Darth Vader when he takes his mask off. Back to our discussion.
diego1115
he's tripping over some socks??? the ONLY thing that this socks issue is hurting is CP's and ST's pockets....its just pieces of cloth......
jwebst1
I heard a lot of people commenting on the socks... it's NOT JUST CZABEN
zoony
I think it's great to see Taylor and Portis keeping things loose. It's a good balance to the structure and discipline of a Joe Gibbs' team. To me, it says that you CAN work incredibly hard, yet still have fun. But that's just my opinion, of course. ...
MeNoRevs
Me personally I didnt like the socks thing. I think it just brings more attention to the player to be more of an "I" person then a team person. Has to be different to get the attention. Doent matter anyway, but I cant say the statement warrents him of being an idiot.
Saqs
I'm not for or against the socks. Just as long as they arent using them as a source of motivation.
Mark
Litle Steevy just needs something to ***** about. This is his new style. Like an old wife he's bithching all the time to demonstrate how he cares and to get an attention. Portis is good, hard working, dedicated player and teamate. What he does with socks doesn't hurt the team in any way. He wants to throw away 10K,God bless him, - thsi is his money. And as was stated above litle Steevy Czaben is an idiot. To bring this while trying to analyze one of the most important game of the season. Idiot, indeed.
PA Skin Fan
About the socks - who cares! You have a guy, Portis, who had a tough game with not much running room for the most part, but when Brunell fumbles, who was the one guy who hustled down the field and make a crushing tackle - Clinton Portis. Say what you want, the guy plays hard, blocks hard, and seems to be a good team player. Yeah, he has a funny personality too, but who cares - he badly wants to win. As for Sean Taylor, same thing - he's playing in the team defense and not getting beat - Czaban and others should give these guys a break. Like someone said, it's their $$$ on the line so if they want to wear those socks, fine.
Fifty Gut
as long as Portis continues to hustle like he did last night on the field, I could care less what he does with his socks
altair4
Didn't the league fine them for 'non-standard' uniforms, or some such? Hey, if they want to paly the non-confirmist gig, and pay the fines, that is their business. Just don't go wearing Tu-Tu's....

cyfar
Steve Czaben is an Idiot!!! So what else is new? He's the type of "fan" that really pisses me off.
Aluadan
Considering it's about the team and not about what 1 or 2 players want to do, I am a bit disappointed that they continue to do that. If you can do it as a team, great, but if not, don't try to make yourself standout.
fight4oldc
CP may be the biggest TEAM player on the team. It's a non-issue. Steve can say whatever he wants who cares.
