Hooper
Anyone else seen this documentary? It's about Robert McNamara and his eleven lessons about war. It's fascinating, scary stuff.

steveo21
Man, there was a line in the documentary which Mcnamara said ... it went along the lines of, "Never answer the question that's asked of you but answer the question that you wish had been asked of you" in regards to public interviews. I heard that and immediately thought of Rumsfeld. I think Rumsfeld will make one of these when he hits 80, not quite 10 years.

AJWatson3
i just saw it a couple of days ago and it wasn't as incredible as i was led to believe. the only stuff i learned was about his personal history, i pretty much knew everything about the wars (except for the level of destruction we caused in japan pre-Hiroshima and Nag.). still a good watch though. i was expecting some dirty little secrets or something along those lines... Golgo-13
Yea, one of the best documentaries of the past few years. Pretty impressive when a documentary can literally have you on the edge of your seat. I saw it up at Bethesda Row Cinemas at Christmas time. I certainly haven't. I bought two copies of the DVD and sent one to my dad, who was a Sgt. in the VN War.
