He is supposed to be an athlete who can throw, kind of like Kyle Boller. I think we should keep ramsey, but if Winslow falls and we can get him, then that wouldnt be too bad of a deal. feeshta Posted April 14, 2004 Share Posted April 14, 2004 Two problems with that mock. One, we are not getting rid of Ramsey. Gibbs has already said he is the future and had rebuffed several offers. Two, If you have the 7th and tenth slots and Winslow is available at seven, you take him there rather than Smith. Winslow is the more unique talent and would be more likely to disappear before 10. Also, there are several ends in this draft that are nearly equals. You sstand a better chance of having one of them available than you do of having Winslow still on the board at ten. Yes Brunell has the experience and he's talented and a good overall rating but he's getting old.
