JoeSkins
On Dream Job tonight, I just turned it on after the Al Jaffe quiz, and was in the middle of Arrington's comments. I heard about his Marcus Allen and Pro Bowl RB problems he had witht eh contestants, but what was he talking about when he said "You gotta give me Joe Gibbs?" DSF
There was a question posed to Maggie in which they asked her to name 3 NFC east coaches. She struggled before she finally got the 3 coaches other than Joe Gibbs. Lavar was just poking fun saying, "You gotta give me Gibbs" Thats all, nothing much to it. PCS
That was pretty much it. Said what about Gibbs> patted his chest and then stated what DSF said a couple of times. It was cool.

Also, the short guy - Casey Stern. The best part of this episode was finding out that Mike Hall and the chick are doing a little extra business on the side... I think I'm definitely going to be rooting for Mike now.
The X-Factor
I didn't expect that Kelly was going to get cut. He was pretty solid throughout the competition, I thought he would make to at least the final show. However, no one is better than Zach, if he doesn't win it, there is something serioulsy wrong with that show.
MumboSauce
Darn, I knew I forgot to watch something tonight. Which one is Zach? the one they initially said needed to cut his hair and it was distracting? if so that guy is good. Whoah and im surprised they got rid of Kelly...I thought he was solid. NoCalMike
I thought Kelly was good.........IF the show was to do your impersonation of ESPN anchors. But, I really would like to see a new refreshing style on ESPN. When Craig Kilbourne started the modern era of sarcastic sports reporting and anchoring it was hilarious, and along the way some others have twisted it into their own shtick, but I think it is now time to do something new or take a different approach, and all Kelly seemed to do was give his best impersonation of what ESPN already has.
