I tried clicking the "Insert Video" tab and pasting the url, but it never appears in the text portion of the message. What am I doing wrong? You guys will like this. RealMedia blue icon). If the media file is can be played by Windows Media... you need to click on the corresponding button (ie. movie take icon). You will be prompted for "Height" and "Width"... that's subjective. For instance, I used 400x400 for the video in this post. Then you are prompted for a url. The file needs to be stored and available from a webserver. It cannot be on your local (ie. linked directly from your PC). Simply paste the url and you're good to go.
