88Comrade2000
Except for St Louis, attendance isn’t great. Think only DC and St Louis has over 10,000 and St Louis has 40,000+. My guess after a couple of years, UFL folds.
NickyJ
ESPN's UFL coverage had interesting priorities. Top priority was hearing the players and coaches chattering on the field. Then came the crowd. Commentators talking to the fans was last. Even when the commentators were the only people on the camera, their voices weren't any more audible than the stadium's announcer. Fox handled their audio fine. With how much effort they put into MNF and their monopoly on the NCAA, I was surprised how half-baked their coverage was. If they can hit a solid number each week, they're probably ok. Attendance -- while maybe never great -- should go up the more stable the league gets over time.
