Andre The Giant
Hire a professional GM!!!!! If Snyder truly cares about the success of the Redskins more than his "fun", he'll hire a true professional with a track record to run the front office (Tom Modrak, Phil Savage). Then you let THAT individual choose a head coach. Much like the way Modrak chose Andy Reid in Philly. Spurrier might eventually be a successful head coach in this league, but he needs a quality QB (which Ramsey eventually will be), an NFL Professional RB (missing from this squad), a defensive line (um, can someone please explain why we are in such a rush to resign the MIA Darryl Russell) and many other pieces. The talent is not as "there" as everyone (including our impetuous owner) believes it is, and what is there is not being maximized to the best of their ability. It's time to take out the trash and run the Redskins like ANY OTHER Professional Football Organization. The trash starts at the top...Snyder MUST step aside from any personnel decisions. Snyder needs to hire a GM.

OrangeSkin
I'm sick of everybody blasting Snyder for hiring Spurrier. If he hadn't, another owner would've nabbed him in an instant. Ron Wolf, who many would give their left nut for, was singing the praises of Spurrier when Snyder hired him. SS was hot property. It just so happened that Snyder got him. It has nothing to do with his underqualification.

Andre The Giant
I have nothing against Vinny, except that he does not have the proven track record acquiring talent that some other available (Modrak, Savage, Wolf) folks had. Not to mention that late , great Joel Buchsbaum desribed his reputation around the league as "mixed". Plus, Vinny "Wes Unseld" Cerrato has a "special" relationship with the owner that seems to drift out of the professional realm. Once again, a franchise as storied as the Washington Redskins deserves to be run by expierenced professionals that have proven track records or success in the NFL. The current Redskins trifecta (Snyder, Cerrato, Spurrier) have none of the above.
matty dread
What did Vinny do today to lose this game?? Funny cause I didn't see white shirt Vinny out on the field today.
Andre The Giant
No, but the D-Line he put together WAS. Bruce Smith (Vinny) Renaldo Wynn (Vinny) Hosley (better than expected, but still Vinny) Dalton (Vinny) Upshaw (Vinny) At least....I think they were on the field.
