Yomar
this makes no sense to me, but we can't let something as silly as winning get in the way of our pride, otherwise we would have picked up DW
Angus
Well, well. well. The plot thickens.
jbooma
Synder must have been listening to Spurrier on his radio show when he blasted Rob  Edit: Cranky changed the thread to released

NavyDave
Maybe Hamsamich is now the 2nd QB?
BCS:BraveCaringSoul
There has to be more to this story than we've heard so far. Perhaps Johnson was a cancer in the locker room and on the sideline. Could he have been one of the ''postgame laughers''? This really doesn't make a whole lot of sense in football terms. Hasselback is essentially a rookie with no experience in this system. He's played the west coast offense his entire professional carrer. They can't seriously expect him to learn this offense and be ready to play in 2 weeks can they? Surely Wuerful would have been a better pickup if we were set on cutting Johnson. This is like a jigsaw puzzle that has some important pieces missing. You know there's a picture there but you're just not sure what it is yet. On another note perhaps Hamdan has been tearing things up on the practice squad. We can only hope...and pray.
RiggoDrill
Yeah, why didn't they just promote HamSandwich? He was in training camp, at least.
MarkPSkins
Me thinks Robbie boy might have been one of the ones laughing on the bus. He and Ladarius Jackson. Also, did anyone else notice when he was in the game, although it was obviously mop up duty, that's exactly the way he was treating it.
BCS:BraveCaringSoul
Not that it matters, but you know the media is going to have a field day spinning this latest development.
jbooma
I wouldn't be surprised to see Dallas pick him up. He was choosing between both clubs in the offseason.

Of course Dallas will pick him up this week. They want our playbook. Only thing is the way we have played the last 3 weeks even i dont want our playbook.
Henry
Not that I was a big fan of RJ's but WTF? We'd better hope Ramsey lasts the season, or we could see 40 straight plays in which Hasslebeck hands off to Morton.

Dexter's Better
Look Bottom line: We have 2 QB's on our roster. -- Unless our line protects Ramsey we are going to see the 2nd QB get time. RJ does suck, but Hasselback has no CLUE about this offense.... Our front office is a joke.
MarkPSkins
Why is everyone assuming Hassleback will be number two. Now Hamden may not be ready but he has got to be more ready than the "off the street" guy.

Chrisbob74
Maybe RJ was one of the "laughing boys" on Sunday??
BD
I think he must have been a laugher. That's the most obvious explanation. I mean, he obviously doesn't know the playbook, but he's got more experience than a lot of players on our offense, and that's usually what you want in a QB. dchogs
maybe spurrier is doing this to motivate the OL. "if you let ramsey get hurt, HERE is who we have coming into the game for him." this really makes no sense.
yonisredskins
Could this be the message by the OBC? "if you guys on the O line don't start protecting PR, you can kiss your season goodbye with clueless Hasselback!" I hope that's not the kind of motivation he was thinking about, but if that is, then I hope it works.
