He needs to come into games with a plan to beat a defense not just react. I think the frustration on the board is coming into a game like this with nothing that seems to really work (not mistakes but just not executing anything that works against the D). Cartwright is a good ballcarrier and change up receiver but we need to replace Johnson as the lead blocker at 235. He just isn't big and strong enough to get guys on the ground.
