He has to be an upgrade over Reed Doughty, and he's more comfortable playing in zone Hmmm I don't know, I suppose that's a possibility. They save a couple of million if they cut OJ (release fee is less than salary), but if he's gone safety will be even more of a concern. I guess that depends on if they think OJ can regain his form if when he's healthy.
