Springfield
Specifically, it seems as there is not a 3g network any longer. More often than not, I'm stuck on the Edge network. Calls get dropped regularly, text messages aren't reliable. I'm surprised that there isn't a thread about this already. This problem started Monday, November 7th and hasn't been resolved yet. A coworker of mine called AT&T and they told him that there were some issues when upgrading to 4g. I googled to see if I could find anything out about this problem and came back with nothing. From my travels, I can tell that this problem includes Springfield, Fairfax, Burke, Lorton and possibly Woodbridge. Unacceptable to be without a reliable network for a week. TTViper
I've had absolutely zero problems with the AT&T network in the nova area. Ever.
Kosher Ham
Perhaps it is the area, not the network.
Springfield
As my work, I always have full bars of 3g service. I've always had full service at my work since I started using AT&T back when they were called Cellular One. In Fairfax, where I play hockey every week (Fairfax Ice Arena), I normally have 3-4 bars of 3g service. Now it's only Edge. This isn't an area problem. MissU28
I have no issues with AT&T (have had them for over 10 years) and have never had a dropped call. I have a 4G phone.

I've never had any problems with them either, until now. My coworker has a 4g phone also. He's having the same problem.
