Mike Sawaya, who heads the city of San Antonio's convention, sports and entertainment facilities, told the Express-News that the Cowboys plan to start moving equipment into the building July 25. The annual kickoff pep rally is scheduled for July 28, Sawaya said. The NFL lockout has prevented teams from finalizing dates and sites for training camp and has forced many to consider alternate plans. If the lockout continues deep into July, the Cowboys might have to move camp to their Valley Ranch practice facility in Irving, the Express-News has reported.
