I drove right past the Linc while the game was in progress while coming home from Philly tonight while listening to the Redskins hand it to them on the radio broadcast. I'll be checking the local media out too while they call for Reid's head and debate which QB they should be starting now. Yes, it's going to be a very nice week. I had a bet that needed some steelers fans, but thats gone now, so i'd imagine there's gonna be plenty of purple floating around, but thank god, there won't be the green. If we'd lost, every ****ing house as far as I could see would be in green. Every dumbass that hasn't wastched a single snap of football all year would be out in their $5 eagles jersey that they are for sure going to be puttin on sale at the Dollar Store. I even shook the Cowboys Fans' hand at the Royal Farms this morning, (He knows' i'm cool, and he's alright) and we both said: "Man I hope the eagles don't win!!" it's so bad around here when they do. But I was out at the casino when we won, and I can tell you from first hand, all the eagles fans, are slowly starting there retreat as we speak. This should be a good week!!! Ha ha.... I started up on Facebook before the game even began, and I have a lot of Eagle-fan friends. None of them have even bothered to get up off the floor and take the bait. Truth is, Eagles fans are very soft in the suburbs. It's pretty hard to get any real rise out of them. I've been trying for three years now and I've only gotten one weak bite. Paper tigers. ginsu101 Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 Coatesville, right around the corner from you. I went to the Linc today, and boy were the fans unhappy. They are calling for Reids head. A few fans were saying the Desean Jackson was playing soft, and Kolb looked bad. Except for some tense times, "a bunch of Eagles fans telling me to hush with all the Redskins cheering", today was pretty fun. They actually welcomed me into their tailgating party.
