God I'd hate o think you're badly sleep deprived by the time you're 16. Get it while you can because 5-6 hours is all you'll get when you're an adult. When you are sleeping that is the time your body can recover from the day. This is also the time your mind can go through all your thoughts and recover mentalily as well.
