Springfield Posted March 20, 2010 Share Posted March 20, 2010 Think of this as the Own3d Thread but with videos. Why the hell not? We can now embed videos into our posts. Makes perfect sense to me. Could be a total hoot... or a complete failure. For those not versed in embedding videos into your posts: When watching a video on youtube, there is a gray box on the right hand side that has the description of the video. Below that description are two boxes, one is URL and the other is embed. You want to copy the entire box that is labeled embed. Paste what you just copied into your reply (you'll need to be in an advanced reply). Now highlight what you just pasted and click the picture of the youtube logo found in the upper right hand corner of the advanced reply box. That will wrap "youtube" around your text and thus embed the video into your post. Now, onto the fun. Jumbo Posted March 20, 2010 Share Posted March 20, 2010 uhhh...i dunno....we'll see...knowing how it goes around here, this looks like another real headache for mods...that's why we limit the numer of "babe" threads and use the "own3d" thread for being a catch-all...there are plenty of times when even those have come close to being permanently closed...so we'll let this set for now but don't be shocked if it gets shut down...
