Mickalino
become a porn star. u make decent salary and you get to have sex while doiing it. You don't get paid much as a straight guy in boy-girl. It forced me to move back east. Yea, most guys take the job for the great Benefits plan, and not the pay. Unless, you're really well-endowed. SkinnedAussie
How about an NFL Head Coach? Seems like you don't need many, if any, qualifications for that!
Mickalino
How about an NFL Head Coach?Seems like you don't need many, if any, qualifications for that! You're on the right track, but you also have to consider demand. There's more demand for Offensive Assistants, since this team likes to hire 17 guys to assist in calling the Offensive plays. SkinnedAussie
Mick, that's why a HC job would be the better option as there is less competition.
stupidmorals
Geology! You get to work outdoors (literally anywhere) and meet interesting people. You could specialize more in the soil sciences, hydrogeology, geomorphology, engineering geology, etc. if you want to help people in a more direct fashion. Demand for geologists is increasing all the time, so there are a fair number of jobs out there, even now. You can travel the world or stay in a local area. You can work for private firms and consultant companies or any level of government. It would require full time schooling, but you wouldn't be the first to work while getting a degree, too. I did my geology major in 2.5 years (I have an associates), and it would have been just 2 years without the scheduling conflict. And some colleges have "adult programs" of some kind, which allows for some flexibility in the requirements.
Kosher Ham
What a pitiful time for someone to hijack. Back on topic...Go for what you know or what you love. You bring so much more to the table as far as being a potential hire.
