bishtw
Its been reported on ESPN.com as well. http://sports.espn.go.com/dallas/nfl/news/story?id=4516897 Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said Tuesday that Jones suffered a sprained posterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, adding it was "yet to be determined" how long he'd be out. Jones injured his knee at the end of a 40-yard run in the third quarter of Monday night's victory over Carolina. He had an MRI on Tuesday, which revealed the injury. Doctors didn't discuss the possibility of surgery. After this week, Jones will be reevaluated to see if he can play the following week at Kansas City. Cowboys officials believe Jones could be fully recovered after the bye week on Oct. 18. As of now, Tashard Choice is the Cowboys' only healthy running back. Choice finished with 82 yards on 18 carries in the victory against the Panthers Click link for the rest of the article

tr1
Looks like Choice is the only guy they have who can play a complete season. Let's see, Julius has two years in the League, and two major injuries.

schmitty_199
They play so much alike, they're easy to confuse...always hurt, some flash, add up to not too much. Felix is more talented and more explosive then Jones ever was. Honestly it's no longer a stretch imo to say Jones is one of the more talented backs in this league, but staying on the field is a big problem for him thus far. If he can become more durable, damnnnnnnn! Luckily Dallas has Choice, who is an excellent back as well and Barber should play.
GhostofSparta
Its right between the STFU network and The Smartass Channel. :rotflmao: How long does an injury like this usually take to recover from? Especially a sprain in the knee for somebody who relies on speed and shiftiness?

Mr. Jones
It's a real shame he's having to come off the field, he's improving on his YPC from last year's gaudy 8.9 and is up to 10.1, which is quite frankly absurd.
