The league announced the discipline on Friday. Moss and Webster struck each other in the head during the second quarter of New York's 23-17 victory over Washington on Sunday. Moss and Webster actually were fighting for a brief moment and fined $5k, P.Rivers threw the ball on the ground and taunted a player was fined $7500 (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4485531). He got the players mouthpiece somehow and threw it to the ground and kicked dirt on it. The ref looked pretty pissed so it wouldn't surprise me if he had words with the ref as well. I was watching the same game. I saw Rivers being a complete dick. I'm pretty sure the officials are consulted in these affairs. Moss vs. Webster was just a minor fight. No brawling between the teams. The league may have even decreased the fine when they saw the two meet up later in the game, shake hands, and brush off the mis-understanding. I've got a ton of friends who went to NC State that all say he was the most arrogant p**** they've ever met. Rivers reminds me of the oldest O'Doyle sibling from Billy Madison...
