Not sure what you mean by "the top" unless you mean row 29. After that, there's a fence. You don't want to climb on top of the lights, do you?

There's a couple little box things at the 50 and in one endzone, but I doubt they'd let you in there.

The upper deck has been closed for every draft day I've been to.

They put up those orange mesh construction fences across the ramps leading up from the 300 level.

They did the same thing for the scrimmage in Aug of 2006. There aren't enough people at those events to warrant opening the 400 level.

Thanks for the answer RFK and your attempt Mark. I don't think I'd do to well at the top of the lights haha, I'm afraid of heights as is.

Is the stadium only open in the lower level sections or are you allowed to go all the way to the top if you want to?

You can get out on to the club seats though. We usually go out and laugh at the amount of seats available and the prices attached to those available seats.
